Therapy
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed, stressed by friends, school or parents? Are you often irritated and can't manage to do things the way you are used to? Are you afraid of certain things, unpleasant thoughts or habits that you can't get rid of and that bother you?
Is there something that particularly worries you? In such cases, psychotherapy can help. Together we look for answers to the questions of what is going on and how it came to this. From this we develop your goals for changes that will help you. In therapy we use different methods to develop new perspectives on the problem. I accompany you sometimes like a coach, sometimes like a good friend but always as your therapist. On this way I help you to reach your goals.
